Shipping locations

Our physical products such as our card decks, therapy aids, developmental tools, and office supplies can be shipped to any location within Australia. Our downloadable products are sent via email within 24 hours so can be delivered to anywhere in the world.

Shipping costs

Orders over $85 will receive free shipping. Shipping for orders under $85 is $14.95.

Shipping times

As we are a small business based in Adelaide South Australia, we do have varied shipping times based on the products you order. This is due to sourcing suppliers from all over the world and that some products are printed upon receipt of your order. Shipping times may also vary depending on your location in Australia, with some regional areas taking longer. Once your order has been placed, please use the below estimates to indicate when you can expect your order to be received: 

Physical products: Due to the nature of the variety of our products, please allow between 3 and 20 business days after order processing to receive your product.

Online digital products: Digital products will be sent to your email address provided within 48 hours.

We source some of our products from within Australia as well as having suppliers from all over the world. This means your order may arrive in separate parcels.
