I recently purchased the Values Card Deck from Wellness Scholar - and I LOVE THEM. I have used these cards with 3 different Clients - 2 Teens and 1 Adult so far. I was pleasantly surprised how easy they were to incorporate across the age span. I particularly like how the cards support clients in their engagement and discussions in sessions and in the therapeutic relationship. It's also a fun way to do therapy.

I love both these card decks, and the downloadable information packs. I work with clients with trauma frequently across the lifespan and I’m very pleased with how versatile they are with different clients and for different activities.

There's so many combinations of information and interventions in this pack for my clients presenting with perfectionism - an area that has been coming up frequently in my practice. Thank you!
